Appraisal services process:

 

1. Examination: The appraiser meticulously examines all property on-site or remote, noting artist, style, condition, obtaining measurements and detailed photographs.

2. Office and Research Time: The appraiser researches artists, styles, verify dates, locate comparable items and selling history, investigates appropriate markets and consults experts when necessary.

3. Preparation Time: The report will include a cover document that details the scope of the work, the process, definitions of values used and a list of items with descriptions, photographs, comparable data, and the appraiser’s qualifications.

4. Delivery: The report is delivered no longer than the one week after examination, in encrypted digital or bound format.

We have several different plans to accommodate your needs. Contact us to give you an exact calculation. Every assignment is different, depend on not only the number of works to be valued but also the scope of the job and the depth and amount of research time required. Our Hourly Fee is $150.

Payment: 

 

We are proudly accepting electronic or digital payment.

 

We will issue a detailed quote before conducting the appraisal assignment. It requires a 50% deposit. The remaining 50% balance is due when the report is complete. Once the payment cleared, the report is released to the client in a digitally encrypted format. 

 

Overnight mail services are available by request only.
 

 

Expert Witness:

 

Fees for Expert Witness testimony and all depositions is variable on the assignment.
